Misplaced

So it's got a background! yay

I don't really know where all this came from in all honesty. The creature just kinda evolved but then couldn't be placed anywhere. I don't know how many times I changed this but whatever, I'm mostly happy with it. Though I am sick of looking at it. It feels like something is missing but I can't put my finger on it! Gah! If anyone has helpful comments or advice I would be SO happy. ^.^

For the last half of this piece I was listening to Dir en Grey's Dozing Green. I love that whole album (Uroboros) for drawing! It's a much easier listen than the stuff from Marrow of a Bone or Withering to Death.

This is going to be a present so I really want it to be polished and perfect!
